SENSORY APERITIF AT CASA CHIANTI CLASSICO 28 SEPTEMBER 2023
An out of the ordinary aperitif during which we will initially activate and stimulate your visual, olfactory and gustatory senses with our sensory tastings of Chianti Classico DOP wine and EVO oil and then, the music of talented musicians will complete the sensory experience to be enjoyed at interior of an ancient Franciscan convent.
Evening programme
7 pm: start of the Chianti Classico sensory journey
7.40 pm: guided tasting of EVO DOP oils with an expert taster
8.15 pm: aperitif with small dishes paired with oils from the Bistrot Al Convento and a glass of Chianti Classico
8.30 pm: the music of Emanuele Marsico "VAI MO Trio"

Cost of the evening program listed above: €25 per person. 10% discount for booking and advance payment!
During the evening, as an extra, it will be possible to order dishes from our kitchen based on the à la carte menu that will be proposed, as well as select your favorite wines from our well-stocked Chianti Classico wine cellar.
