Tasting notes: The oil has a characteristic brilliant straw-yellow color and is delicate and refined. To the nose have aromas of fresh and bitter almonds and hazelnuts. It enters sweetish and delicate on the palate, developing a lovely pungent bell peppers and curry taste.

Food pairing suggestions: It is recommended with medium-light dishes a tad sweet, such as poached fish, lightly sauced pastas and white bread.
