Wednesday 25 October, from 7pm onwards, at the Casa Chianti Classico, the FIVI winemakers will tell what it means to be a winemaker today through their voice and their wines. Paired with the wines there will be five different recipes typical of as many regions of Northern Italy, created by the talented chef of the Bistrot "Al Convento".

During the evening, the new book written by the winemakers "A short story that a child can read to an independent winemaker and vice versa" will also be presented and can be purchased during the event.
