Shipping policy

Conviviumshop is committed to pack and ship the orders received as quickly as possible, but paying great attention to the quality of the service offered, using certified packaging to protect the goods and international couriers able to guarantee safe and punctual delivery.

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

The transit and delivery times indicated, both for domestic and international shipments are approximate and there may be delays due to high volumes of shipments at certain times of the year or for other problems that are beyond our control and for which we cannot be considered responsible.

For shipments within Italy we offer a fixed shipping cost for orders up to 99 euro and free shipping from 100 euro upwards.

International shipments
We offer international shipments to the following countries: Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, France, Denmark, Latvia, Mainland Portugal, Serbia, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Mainland Spain, Sweden, Hungary, Ireland, USA, Canada, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand.

For international orders, the shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout, based on the shipping country. In case of purchasing a large number of bottles (over 24 units), please contact us to offer you a personalized shipping rate.

Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), based on the importing rules of your country. Conviviumshop is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are under your responsibility.

We are sorry at the moment that we cannot ship to Great Britain due to the uncertainty of the import rules following the country's exit from the European Community. We will notify you when we are able to put the UK back on our international shipping list and we apologize for the inconvenience. 

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within the maximum shipping time indicated for your country, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount, the shipping costs for the return will not be refunded.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way don’t accept the package, in case you notice the damage only in a later time, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
