A tasty menu created by the chef of the Bistrot al Convento with excellent matching wines.
Sunday 31 March we will meet at the Casa Chianti Classico to have lunch in the ancient and fascinating rooms of the former Franciscan convent.
This is the proposed menu:
- Terrine of livers, brioche bread, vin santo, hazelnuts and wild berry coulis
- Pecorino and broad bean gnudi with saffron sauce
- Lamb chops with Jerusalem artichoke cream and crispy chips
- Artisan Colomba with orange crème anglaise
Each course will be paired with a wine chosen by our sommelier. Water and coffee included.

In case of cancellation of the reservation, a voucher for the same amount will be issued to be requested and used at the Casa Chianti Classico.
